Commercial cleaning done right. Every time.
Kelsor Cleaning Co. provides post-construction cleaning for private commercial projects in Pflugerville, Hutto, Manor, Round Rock, Georgetown, and North Austin. The visit is planned around the job site, the general contractor, and the punch list, so handover is not left to a last-minute scramble.

- Custom pricing
- Same-week scheduling
A build-out or remodel leaves dust, stickers, adhesive, and debris that a recurring janitorial route is not set up to clear. This is a project clean: a named scope, a finish level matched to the phase of work, and a date chosen with the people running the job. Kelsor Cleaning Co. schedules it as a rough clean, a final clean, or a touch-up.
Rough, final, and touch-up
A rough clean belongs while construction is still moving and the priority is a workable space. The crew removes loose debris that belongs in the agreed trash plan, sweeps and vacuums open floors, and takes dust off surfaces the next trades need to see. It is a progress clean. The day is set with the general contractor.
A final clean is the detailed pass before a client walk, a leasing tour, or the first day people use the space. Restrooms, glass, fixtures, ledges, and floors are cleaned to the handover standard in the scope. Stickers, protective film, and adhesive are included when the scope lists them. The pace is slower than a rough clean because the building has to present well, room by room.
A touch-up follows the punch list. Paint repairs, fixture resets, and vendor return visits leave marks a final clean cannot predict. The touch-up stays limited to those areas and is scheduled after the listed repairs, not in the middle of them.
Coordination with general contractors
The superintendent or project manager is the contact for access, phasing, and dates that cannot slip. Kelsor Cleaning Co. takes direction on which rooms are actually free. If a trade runs long, the cleaning visit moves with the schedule, staying out of rooms where grinding, painting, or fixture setting is still underway. Proposals name the phase, the rooms, and the finish level, so the next pass can be added when the building is ready.
What to have ready
A few site conditions need to be settled before the crew arrives. Power has to be on for vacuums and for enough light to see the work. Water has to be available where the scope calls for wet cleaning. Access needs a person on site, a lockbox, or credentials for the rooms in scope, plus a note about any room to leave alone. The trash and dumpster plan has to be just as clear. Construction debris, cardboard, and ordinary trash often go in different containers. A full dumpster, or one the crew is not allowed to use, will stop the clean. Share where material goes and whether a haul-off is already arranged.
Private commercial projects
The work is for private commercial spaces: build-outs and remodels of private offices, medical and dental offices, gyms, daycares and private schools, and churches, including projects led by general contractors and property managers. The service area is Pflugerville, Hutto, Manor, Round Rock, Georgetown, and North Austin. When strip and wax is part of the project, that floor care is its own step so the floor can cure. Once the space is open, ongoing care is covered on the janitorial services page.
What a walkthrough covers
On a walkthrough, Kelsor Cleaning Co. confirms the project phase, the rooms in scope, and whether the next visit is a rough clean, a final clean, or a touch-up. Floor types are noted, including any area that may need strip and wax. Access, power, water, and the trash or dumpster plan are confirmed, and punch-list timing is reviewed so cleaning follows the work it should follow. If part of the building is still an active work zone, say so. The proposal separates what can be cleaned now from what should wait. Custom pricing follows that scope. There is no pressure to approve anything during the visit. When the calendar allows, same-week scheduling can be discussed for the first clean.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions about post-construction cleaning
More questions belong in the walkthrough request.
What is the difference between a rough clean, a final clean, and a touch-up?
A rough clean clears loose debris and dust so other work can continue. A final clean is the detailed handover pass. A touch-up returns after punch-list repairs. Each visit is scoped on its own.
How does coordination with a general contractor work?
Access and timing are set with the general contractor or project manager and lined up with the punch list. If the construction schedule moves, the cleaning visit can move with it.
What should be ready on site?
Power, water, a way into the rooms in scope, and a trash or dumpster plan. Share any limits on where debris can go before the crew arrives.
Which areas does this service cover?
Pflugerville, Hutto, Manor, Round Rock, Georgetown, and North Austin.
